The newest product to originate from HallStar's commercial development group is HALLCOTE® HECA - a High Efficiency Coalescing Agent that allows paints and coatings formulators to develop Ultra-Low VOC latex paints and coatings.  This odorless product provides an 80% reduction in VOCs compared with Texanol® and meets/exceeds international regulations for no VOCs.  Additionally, it yields a greater reduction in MFFT (minimum film formation temperature) at half the usage level of Texanol.
