| HallStar Launches Webinar Series in Polymer & Personal Care |
| The HallStar Company launched a series of free, on-demand webinars to teach compounders and formulators how to integrate new chemical technologies into plasticizer and personal care applications. The educational series — part of HallStar’s online media system called StarNet — is available from any computer with an Internet connection.
