The HallStar Company (www.hallstar.com) has released a free webinar to demonstrate how HALLCOTE® High Efficiency Coalescing Agent (HECA), can help latex paint formulators meet or exceed the most stringent VOC requirements without sacrificing performance.

HALLCOTE® HECA can reduce the minimum film-forming temperature (MFFT) of vinyl acrylic latex paint while contributing significantly less VOC per liter than other widely used coalescents. Since it’s possible to use half the amount of HECA to achieve the same or better efficiency as similar products, formulators can save money on raw materials costs and improve scrub resistance and gloss control.
