MAGLITE D-SSF is a high purity lightly calcined high surface area very active magnesium oxide. It’s primary use is to neutralize acids formed during processing of elastomer compounds. This high quality magnesium oxide is produced through a precision controlled seawater extraction process which produces consistent unique crystal morphology.
PARAPLEX G-30 is a low molecular weight polymeric plasticizer which offers a good balance of permanence properties. G-30 has better compatibility than other polymeric plasticizers. When service conditions include high humidity high temperature and exterior exposure G-30 would be a good choice.
Plasthall P-643 is a low to medium molecular weight polyester plasticizer. It is well suited for applications requiring FDA acceptance. Plasthall P-643 has extraction and migration resistance superior to typical monomeric plasticizers especially where stress cracking resistance is important.

SUPRMIX® D-148 eliminates the problems in weighing and the need to scrape out the weighing container during the mixing cycle by our incorporating the D-148 process aid on our amorphous silica carrier to make a free flowing powder dispersion. SUPRMIX® D-148 can be used effectively in place of several higher priced products. It is neutral in most cure systems and contains no waxes or silicones to affect adhesion or bonding qualities. It is highly compatible in SBR, CR and is also useful in natural rubber and EPDM.
